We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who doesn’t just manage a calendar — you run the engine behind a senior executive and own outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbox triage and calendar management — protect deep work time
  • Drive overdue tasks to completion; own them, don’t just track them
  • Anticipate needs: prep agendas, materials, and follow-ups before being asked
  • Own vendor and partner follow-ups on behalf of the executive
  • First-draft documents, briefs, emails, and outreach (the executive edits, doesn’t write from scratch)
  • Polish decks and documents (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Research and synthesize: dive into unfamiliar topics, return clear options and recommendations
  • Light project management across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Facilitate weekly check-ins, capture and chase action items
  • Coordinate hires, interviews, and onboarding logistics
  • Maintain SOPs, decision logs, and central knowledge docs

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a senior executive assistant is mandatory — entry-level candidates will not be considered
  • English C1 preferred, B2+ minimum
  • Available during US Eastern Time business hours
  • Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and discreet
  • Self-starter — comfortable with ambiguity and new tools without hand-holding
  • Strong written and verbal communicator

What we offer:

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere
  • High-impact role with direct executive access
  • Varied work: strategy, comms, research, and operations
  • Ownership and autonomy — you’re trusted, not micromanaged
