Our client offers transformative mental health and wellness services to those in need, using the powerful tools of relationship coaching, and life coaching to help individuals find balance, healing, and personal growth.

Responsabilități

  • Daily administration of Kommo CRM (amoCRM), including pipelines, automations, user permissions, and data hygiene.
  • Build, optimize, and document CRM workflows (Lead → Consult → Close → Renewal).
  • Perform basic WordPress page updates and content edits.
  • Support automation and integration projects across business systems and tools.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including conversion metrics and pipeline health tracking.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and software tools.
  • Ensure CRM processes are efficient, scalable, and properly documented.

Cerințe

  • Hands-on experience with Kommo CRM (amoCRM) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress is mandatory.
  • English level B2+ or higher.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, automations, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
