People Partner

Our partner, an official dealer of six global automotive brands, is expanding with the opening of a new showroom and is currently looking for a Head of Sales Department (Automotive Division).


Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the sales department, including direct involvement in vehicle sales
  • Monitor adherence to sales processes and achievement of KPIs (sales targets, promotions, upselling, repeat sales)
  • Oversee team activity within the CRM system
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Analyze the sales funnel, including identifying reasons for lost deals, and propose improvements (pricing, product range, sales conditions)
  • Monitor competitors to ensure strong market positioning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and successfully managing sales teams
  • Fluent in Romanian and Russian
  • Strong background in sales
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C sales and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience implementing data-driven improvements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to motivate teams and confidently present improvement proposals to management
  • Ability to build transparent processes and maintain high-quality reporting

  • Compensation: Fixed salary – 20,000 MDL net + sales commission
