People Partner
Our partner, an official dealer of six global automotive brands, is expanding with the opening of a new showroom and is currently looking for a Head of Sales Department (Automotive Division).
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the sales department, including direct involvement in vehicle sales
- Monitor adherence to sales processes and achievement of KPIs (sales targets, promotions, upselling, repeat sales)
- Oversee team activity within the CRM system
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Analyze the sales funnel, including identifying reasons for lost deals, and propose improvements (pricing, product range, sales conditions)
- Monitor competitors to ensure strong market positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and successfully managing sales teams
- Fluent in Romanian and Russian
- Strong background in sales
- In-depth knowledge of B2C sales and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience implementing data-driven improvements
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
- Ability to motivate teams and confidently present improvement proposals to management
- Ability to build transparent processes and maintain high-quality reporting

- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00
- Compensation: Fixed salary – 20,000 MDL net + sales commission
