Marketing Coordinator

Our client is an international company operating in the tourism and premium non-tech services sector, delivering unforgettable travel experiences to its clients.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Coordinator who will develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s brand and promote its services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and service promotion
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
• Manage a mix of organic and paid channels (PPC, social media, content marketing, lead generation campaigns)
• Create engaging content for the company’s website and blog to attract target audiences
• Plan and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Track KPIs and ensure company objectives are met
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior analysis
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and plans
• Plan and organize company events

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or design
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution
• Highly motivated and proactive mindset
• Hands-on experience with paid media (PPC, display advertising)
• Strong graphic design skills
• Good content writing skills
• Languages: Romanian, Russian, and English (minimum B1 level)
• Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor)
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup and optimization
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is a plus
