Our client is an international company specialized in the tourism industry, offering top-tier solutions for travel planning. We are currently looking for a Collection Officer (Back Office Assistant) who will be responsible for verifying transactions and invoices.


Responsibilities

  • Review existing bookings and ensure the accuracy of the data entered in the system
  • Monitor transaction records, ensuring correctness and precision
  • Handle issues and propose solutions related to travel arrangements
  • Ensure that all invoices (flights, accommodation, and other travel services) are properly recorded in the system and that payments have been completed

Requirements

  • Previous work experience is not mandatory, but considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian
  • Good written and communication skills in English (intermediate level) and Italian (B1 level)
