Our client is an international company specialized in the tourism industry, offering top-tier solutions for travel planning. We are currently looking for a Collection Officer (Back Office Assistant) who will be responsible for verifying transactions and invoices.
Responsibilities
- Review existing bookings and ensure the accuracy of the data entered in the system
- Monitor transaction records, ensuring correctness and precision
- Handle issues and propose solutions related to travel arrangements
- Ensure that all invoices (flights, accommodation, and other travel services) are properly recorded in the system and that payments have been completed
Requirements
- Previous work experience is not mandatory, but considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Romanian and Russian
- Good written and communication skills in English (intermediate level) and Italian (B1 level)
