The company provides secure international money transfer solutions \u2014 moving customer funds worldwide quickly, safely, and at competitive exchange rates \u2014 across a regulated, multi-region platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MONITORING &amp; INCIDENT HANDLING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Watch platform health through dashboards and alerts (Grafana, logs), and react quickly when transfers, payments, KYC, or card flows degrade<\/li>\n<li>Triage incoming issues by impact and urgency, own them through to resolution, and keep clear, auditable records in the ticketing system<\/li>\n<li>Drive incidents during your shift \u2014 coordinate, communicate status, and escalate to on-call engineers with a tight, well-documented handoff<\/li>\n<li>Follow runbooks for known issues, and help write new ones as patterns emerge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>I NVESTIGATION &amp; RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate transactions end-to-end across services and integrations (banks, card processors, remittance suppliers, KYC and messaging<\/li>\n<li>vendors)<\/li>\n<li>Query operational data stores (SQL and similar) to confirm the state of a transfer, wallet, or customer record before acting<\/li>\n<li>Resolve operational issues within defined, safe boundaries, and clearly flag anything that needs a code change or a money-affecting action to<\/li>\n<li>engineering rather than acting on it yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support branch agents, operations, compliance, and partners with timely, accurate answers<\/li>\n<li>Translate between non-technical reporters and the engineering team \u2014 turn a vague \u201cit\u2019s not working\u201d into a reproducible, well-scoped report<\/li>\n<li>Feed recurring pain points back into the product and engineering backlog so they get fixed at the source<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COVERAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support coverage on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends, since transfers and customer activity continue outside<\/li>\n<li>standard hours<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clean shift handovers so nothing in flight is dropped between shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years in a technical support, NOC, application-support, or operations role \u2014 ideally for a live, customer-facing product<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable reading logs and dashboards to diagnose issues, and confident writing SQL to investigate data across relational databases<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of how web services, APIs, and integrations fit together (HTTP, queues, webhooks)<\/li>\n<li>Calm, methodical, and detail-oriented under pressure \u2014 especially when money or compliance is involved<\/li>\n<li>Strong English (written and spoken);
