Our client is an Israeli fintech company expanding its presence to the Moldovan market. The company provides secure international money transfer solutions \u2014 moving customer funds worldwide quickly, safely, and at competitive exchange rates \u2014 across a regulated, multi-region platform.<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Affiliate & Retention Operations Coordinator<\/strong>\u00a0supports customer retention initiatives and affiliate operations by coordinating customer outreach, managing affiliate leads, and ensuring efficient cooperation between affiliates, Customer Service, and Field Agents.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Customer Retention Support<\/strong>
\n– Conduct outbound calls to customers in Russian and English.
\n– Contact inactive and churned customers to understand their needs and encourage them to return.
\n– Collect customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.<\/p>\n

2. Customer Lists Management<\/strong>
\n– Prepare, manage, and distribute customer lists for Customer Service representatives and affiliates.
\n– Track processing status and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.<\/p>\n

3. Affiliate Operations<\/strong>
\n– Receive and process leads generated by affiliates and community managers.
\n– Coordinate the transfer of leads to the Field Agent Manager for further onboarding and conversion.
\n– Monitor lead status and support affiliates with operational questions.<\/p>\n

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong>
\n– Work closely with Customer Service, Affiliates, Community Managers, and Field Agents. Collect customer feedback and share insights that help improve customer experience and retention.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n– Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
\n– Previous experience in Retention, Affiliate Management, or Sales Support.
\n– Strong communication and organizational skills.
\n– Ability to work with customer databases, Excel, or CRM systems.
\n– Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.<\/p>\n
