Our international client, specialized in cashback solutions (an innovative way to enhance customer loyalty), is looking for a colleague for the following role: Cashback Platform Administrator


Responsibilities

  • Ensure platform users are updated with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide customer support
  • Process customer tickets via the Service Desk
  • Manage tasks related to support solutions
  • Add and validate online stores in the partner’s database
  • Communicate with various partners to negotiate better commissions for customer retention

Requirements

  • Completed higher education in fields such as Philology, Foreign Languages, Translation & Interpretation, or similar
  • Recent graduates are welcome
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
  • A learning-oriented and tech-friendly mindset
  • Strong willingness to grow and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Openness to learning new things
  • Advanced English level (C1)
