Our international client, specialized in cashback solutions (an innovative way to enhance customer loyalty), is looking for a colleague for the following role: Cashback Platform Administrator
Responsibilities
- Ensure platform users are updated with accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide customer support
- Process customer tickets via the Service Desk
- Manage tasks related to support solutions
- Add and validate online stores in the partner’s database
- Communicate with various partners to negotiate better commissions for customer retention
Requirements
- Completed higher education in fields such as Philology, Foreign Languages, Translation & Interpretation, or similar
- Recent graduates are welcome
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
- A learning-oriented and tech-friendly mindset
- Strong willingness to grow and develop
- Excellent attention to detail
- Openness to learning new things
- Advanced English level (C1)
